Centex Technologies is hiring an IT Operations Engineer to provide onsite support for users, systems, and networks. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and vital to keeping our infrastructure running smoothly. Join a team where your skills will directly impact operations that matter.
Responsibilities- Support hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Manage accounts and permissions with Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD
. - Resolve tickets using ITSM best practices.
- Manage enterprise tools and MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Deliver clear, customer-focused support to both technical and non-technical users.

- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with identity management systems and MDM tools
Familiarity with SBIR technologies, Agile/Dev Sec Ops environments, ability to document and present technical processes.
