IAM Solutions Developer (SailPoint and Okta)
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-18 months

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced software developer to support large-scale IT projects focused on identity and access management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint Identity

IQ and Okta single sign-on integrations, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions with limited supervision.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience delivering solutions using Agile or Scrum methodology.
• 4+ years of SailPoint IIQ development (workflows, rules, connectors, policies, etc.).
• 4+ years of experience with Okta SSO integration.
• Experience developing API services to handle access policies and integrate with external applications.
• Strong collaboration skills with architects, service delivery managers, and project stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience working with Texas State Agencies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
• Test and evaluate new programs and system integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts.
• Participate in the planning and execution of Agile/Scrum-based projects.
• Contribute to integration efforts involving SailPoint and Okta across enterprise systems.
