Systems Engineer
We are seeking a seasoned
Technical Lead/Architect with a strong backgroundindeveloping cloud-native web applications using .NET andAWS technologies. This role will leada high-performing, cross-functional development team working on mission-critical order entry platforms. You'll be responsible for overseeing design,development, planning, and coordination efforts across engineering, QA, and product teams todeliver scalable andhigh-performing solutions.
- Leadthedesign and development of high-volume, low-latency applications using C#, .NET 6+, Angular, jQuery, andMS SQL Server.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners and Product Managers.
- Plan andmanage agile sprints, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions with demonstrable value.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing architecture and design recommendations.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams to align on end-to-endsolutiondesign and delivery.
- Guide the team in writing technical documentation aligned with SDLC and compliance standards.
- Serve as a point of communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor developers and promote a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
- Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of technical leadership experience in software development.
- 3+ years of hands‑on AWS experience, including serverless (e.g., Lambda) andcontainerizedservices (e.g., EKS).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (CSS, Semantic HTML, Responsive Design).
- Deep knowledge of OOP principles,data modeling,design patterns, andunit testing.
- Experience using Git or Visual Studio for version control and development workflows.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to build consensus and promote team autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with technical andnon-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence stakeholders anddrive change in a fast-paced environment.
High adaptability and problem-solving ability in ambiguous or evolving business contexts.

- Python or Shell scripting, Bash scripting
- Github, Github action includes Scans like Sonar, App Sec
- Git Ops
- Python API development
- Experience in Dev Ops Architecture design and strategy.
- how to deploy same authentication in Lambda and EKS.
