We are seeking an analytical problem‑solver with exceptional interpersonal savvy and consultative skills with the proven ability to translate complex business and technical problems into simplified solutions. This person will have a critical seat at the table in developing efficient and scalable solutions. What

You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics and drive operational visibility.
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover clear actionable insights that inform product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Contribute to forecasting and predictive analysis (e.g. customer churn, usage trends, and revenue projections) in partnership with senior analysts.
  • Effectively communicate insights and model results to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, simplifying complex analyses into actionable takeaways.
  • Collaborate with Data Solutions and other technical teams to enhance data infrastructure and ensure model reproducibility and scalability.
  • Consistently enhance and document analytical workflows, fostering a culture of process improvement and knowledge sharing.
Who You Are
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, applied statistics, or data science.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience working with large datasets and joining/transforming data from multiple sources.
  • Comfortable using Python or R for data manipulation, basic statistical analysis, or lightweight modeling (forecasting, regression, clustering).
  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Finance, Economics, or similar) or equivalent work experience.
  • A strong communicator, able to translate quantitative insights into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Detail‑oriented and committed to accuracy and quality in all aspects of data work.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new tools and techniques, and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
  • A problem‑solver who can tackle ambiguity and work independently to deliver results.
  • Experience with eCommerce or SaaS metrics is a plus.
  • Exposure to forecasting, regression, or churn modeling techniques.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and experimentation concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with data engineering or data science teams to build scalable analytics solutions.

Pay Transparency Range: $68,000-$115,000
