Highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple, competing requests in a fast-paced Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D) environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Drive Dynamic Workflows:
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple, competing requests in a fast-moving MA&D environment.
Maintain Composure Under Pressure:
Navigate high-stress scenarios with calm professionalism, ensuring clear communication and focused problem-solving.

Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those in challenging or high-pressure interactions.
Infrastructure Expertise:
