Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in‑office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

What You'll Be Doing- Design and implement integration solutions that connect internal systems, third‑party applications, and external APIs to create seamless data flows and functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to analyze integration requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain data integration pipelines that ensure accurate, timely, and secure data movement across multiple platforms and databases.
- Lead integration projects from conception to deployment, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot integration issues, implementing solutions that minimize downtime and optimize system reliability.
- Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and system workflows to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and provide technical expertise on integration best practices and emerging technologies.
- Support testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure data integrity and functionality meet business requirements.
- 3-5 years of experience in systems integration, software development, or related technical roles with demonstrated success in connecting disparate systems.
