We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Analytics professional to join our Enterprise Risk Management Organization. This role supports Financial and Model Risk oversight groups, providing data analysis insights, ad‑hoc analysis, and support for new risk initiatives.

• Develop and implement data science models and algorithms.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Optimize data processes for efficiency and performance.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and reporting.

• 1+ year relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This role is part of the broader AI/Model/Quant Risk Oversight function, overseeing and challenging model use and AI application, ensuring compliance, and partnering with financial risk oversight groups. Key impact areas include:

• Support Credit & Collection, Fraud, Seller, Merchant acquiring, and Treasury oversight with data insights.
• Provide critical support in ad‑hoc analysis for business enablement and risk initiatives.
• Conduct model validation and challenger model development to ensure robustness.
• Leverage AI to enhance risk analytics functionality.
• Contribute to the major uplift of data infrastructure and requirements per PPEU ECB supervision readiness project.

• Oversee and challenge risk analytics practices across groups, focusing on Fraud, Seller and Credit risks.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in existing strategies and controls.
• Perform model validation and/or development across various risk domains, ensuring compliance and collaboration with business units.
• Develop and analyze reports and dashboards to uncover emerging trends and opportunities.
• Partner with risk oversight groups to conduct in‑depth reviews and provide data insights for strategy development.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $100,500–$173,250, with additional components such as annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision benefits.
