Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is defining the next era of enterprise cloud. As a Senior Principal TPM on the Compute New Product Introduction (NPI) team, you are a hands‑on leader and technical anchor for the team—driving the full product lifecycle for multiple cloud compute and storage products in parallel. In this role, you will not only own the technical and execution path for new SKUs but will also mentor other TPMs, champion process improvements for end‑to‑end NPI delivery, set technical standards, and provide credible input at the highest levels of the organization.

You’ll engage regularly with engineers across hardware, firmware, software, networking, manufacturing, and operations to solve challenging problems before they impact delivery. This role demands advanced technical acumen primarily related to cloud scale hardware and software, the ability to define and scale processes for consistency and efficiency, and the leadership to inspire and develop your colleagues. You will communicate technical strategy and status to executives and serve as a key interface across functional teams and stakeholders.
