Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering) to support data‑driven decisions
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and accuracy
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Support ad‑hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as required
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, performance tuning)
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
- Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
- Ability to communicate insights effectively through data storytelling
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience in domain‑specific analytics (Finance, Healthcare, E‑commerce, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
