- People Soft Project Lead

1. Experience as a People Soft Functional Manager for multiple large People Soft projects.
2. Experience in designing, creating, and overseeing large complex high availability People Soft Financials.
3. Experience managing ERP Development Life cycles.
4. Experience performing People Soft System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test
5. Experience with developing People Soft upgrade paths
6. Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.
7. Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)
8. Proven project team building skills
9. Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
10. Ability to alter project direction based on business needs or legislative directions
11. Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development
12. Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.
13. Experience with configuration documentation and review in People Soft 9.2
14. Experience teaming with business owners and technical staff in a complex, large scale People Soft environment 8.8 to 9.2
15. Experience with People Soft version 9.2 and People Tools 8.53
16. Experience with the CAPPS State of Texas Baseline People Soft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management
17. Experience in managing and coordinating functional module leads through a People Soft Implementation or Upgrade
18. Experience with the People Soft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management.
19. Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
