Austin, TX — Onsite Job
- 7+ years of Business Analyst knowledge
- 4+ years of working in CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)
- Should have worked / knowledge in iCertis product
- Support Sustaining Operations in Production (CLM System/s and CLM Reporting)
- Review end-to-end functionality for CLM
- Manage end to end delivery of CLM Implementation and Support
- Enhancements required to support sales and general requirements
- Become a trusted Subject Matter Expert of the CLM
- Interact with Vendor Support and technical team on product issue resolution
- CLM product Integration with internal systems
- Collaborate across many participating teams as needed
- Knowledge of CLM and iCertis product
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX
