Sales Development Representative

Join the rocketship fueling Axonius' growth! As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be at the forefront of our mission to be an industry leader. You'll play a vital role in generating qualified leads and driving revenue by creating market awareness and connecting with top prospects.

• Generate Qualified Leads: Proactively identify and qualify leads through strategic outbound campaigns (calls, emails, Linked In) in collaboration with 2-4 Field Account Executives.
• Execute Targeted Campaigns: Uncover prospect needs and platform fit, scheduling discovery calls and demos.
• Prospect Research: Build and maintain targeted lists of key accounts and contacts.
• Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and qualify inbound leads from demos, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule high-quality platform demonstrations for the sales team.
• Achieve Performance Goals: Meet and exceed performance metrics while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Strong Communication: Excellent qualifying, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Relationship Builder: Comfortable engaging with customers, colleagues, and prospects.

• Local Presence: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Austin, TX, and work on-site/hybrid.

  Experience:
  
  Experience in customer-facing roles or sales teams (e.g., SDR, automotive, retail, real estate).
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of technology and the cybersecurity industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRMs, outbound tools (e.g., Outreach), contact databases (e.g., Zoom Info), and Linked In Sales Navigator.

OTE: $80,000 60/40 split

$80,000 — $80,000 USD
