They're hiring a Paid Media Manager to own performance across paid search, paid social, and programmatic in the US, planning and optimizing campaigns that create qualified pipeline, accelerate deals, and grow revenue.

Skills & Qualifications
* - US resident in Austin, TX and fluent in English
- 3+ years managing B2B paid media budgets with a track record of pipeline creation
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong grasp of keyword strategy, audience targeting, and bid automation
- Comfortable building reports in GA4 and a CRM, with clean UTM and naming discipline
- Fluent in experimentation and CRO fundamentals
- Clear writer, organized operator, collaborative teammate

* This is a Permanent position based out of Austin, TX.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
