Senior Product Manager, Search

Must have

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer-facing user experiences and two-sided marketplaces.
• Direct experience with AI features and their impact on user expectations.
• Proven history of driving product vision, influencing cross-functional teams, and achieving measurable outcomes in uncertain environments.
• Strong collaboration abilities with UX design, research, engineering, and data analytics teams.
• High proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret user behavior metrics.
• A deep curiosity about users and understanding what motivates them.

Responsibilities:

• Transform AI and machine learning capabilities into intuitive, reliable, and enjoyable experiences for users.
• Work closely with product managers in Query Understanding and Semantic Search to develop and implement the AI Search strategy.
• Define and produce flexible UX patterns and frameworks to support high-quality, distinctive search experiences across various brands.
• Collaborate with UX design and research teams to validate the usability and attractiveness of search experiences.
• Enhance platform scalability and flexibility to allow brand-level customization without the need for bespoke development.
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI search, UX, personalization, and conversational interfaces to drive innovation.
• Champion technical excellence and responsible AI usage in user-centric experiences.
• Influence product strategy and investment decisions based on business impact, user experience, and platform advantages.
• Develop clear requirements in complex scenarios requiring negotiation among multiple teams.
• Show ability to align and influence stakeholders beyond the product team to positively affect department-level strategies.
• Actively contribute to and enhance team culture.
• Mentor junior product managers.
