- AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS)
- Oracle to AWS migration
- Full Load, Change Data Capture (CDC), and real-time data migration
- AWS Infrastructure (VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, Routing)
- AWS Services: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda
- Terraform or Cloud Formation
- ETL/ELT and cloud data integration
- Python, Bash, or Power Shell scripting
- VPN, Direct Connect, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail
- Migration planning, cutover & rollback strategies
- Hybrid cloud/on-premises modernization
- Excellent communication skills
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Database – Specialty
- Public Sector / State Government experience
