Job Overview:
As an AVP Tech, Dev Ops Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for the Enterprise Dev Sec Ops Engineering team and drive initiatives that enhance developer experience, delivery velocity, quality, and security across the organization. This role partners closelywithengineeringteamsandenterpriseplatformproviderstoestablish
DevOpsstrategy,definetechnicalroadmaps,implementscalablesolutions,andpromoteoperationalexcellenceacrosscloudandCI/CDecosystems.
Responsibilities:
Leadengineeringinitiativesthatimprovedeveloperexperienceandacceleratesoftwaredeliveryacrosstheenterprise.
Driveoperationalexcellenceforconnectedservicessupportingcontoperations.
GathertechnicalrequirementsfrombusinessandtechnologystakeholdersanddevelopenterpriseCI/CDstrategiesandobjectives.
Providetechnicalleadershipandestablishstandardsthatalignengineeringoutcomeswithbusinesspriorities.
Partnerwithengineeringleadershiptodefine,promote,andscale
DevOpspracticesacrossproductengineeringteams.
Develop multi-yeartechnologyroadmapsalignedwithbusinessandtechnologyobjectives.
Establishdeploymentstandards,reusableinterfaces,andautomationframeworksforenterpriseadoption.
Evaluateindustrytrendsandcontinuouslyimprovedeploymentprocesses,tooling,andengineeringpractices.
Usedata-drivenapproachestounderstanduserneedsandprioritizeplatformenhancements.
Developadeepunderstandingofbusinesscapabilities,technologydomains,andend-to-enddependencies.
Driveinnovationandautomationthatimprovedeveloperproductivityandplatformcapabilities.
Participateinstrategicplanningactivitiestoachievetechnicalandbusinessobjectives.
Collaborate with Architecture,Security,Platform Engineering,Quality Engineering,Cloud Engineering,and Change&Release Managementteamstodeliverscalabletechnicalsolutionsandprioritizedroadmaps.

Requirements:8+yearsof
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experienceacrossmultipletechnologydisciplines,includingatleast5yearsofhands-onexperiencedesigning,implementing,andsupportingenterpriseCI/CDsolutions.
5+yearsofhands-onexperienceautomating,deploying,andmanagingcloud-basedapplicationsandinfrastructureinAWS.
2+yearsofexperienceworkingwithcontainerorchestrationplatformssuchas
AmazonEKSor Red Hat Open Shift .
1+yearofhands-onexperienceimplementingandsupportingfeatureflagstrategiesand
Blue-Greendeploymentarchitecturesinenterpriseenvironments.
Experience across Dev Opslifecycledomainsincluding Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD),Container Orchestration,Configuration Management,Infrastructure Automation,Monitoring and Observability,andSecurityand
Compliance.
Core Competencies:
,Angular,and Pythondevelopmentanddeploymentconstructs.
Troubleshootingskillsusing Power Shell ,Bash,or Python scripting.
Abilitytolearnandquicklyabsorbnewmaterialwithstrongtroubleshootingcapabilities.

Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskillswiththeabilitytoworkeffectivelyacrosscross-functional teams.
