Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements. Translate these requirements into clear and concise technical specifications that can be used by development teams.
Technical Specifications:
Develop comprehensive technical specifications that accurately reflect the requirements gathered. Ensure that these specifications are detailed enough to guide the development process and address any potential issues.
Project Management:
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
Agile Planning and Management:
Implement agile methodologies to plan and manage projects. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure that agile principles are adhered to and that teams are working efficiently.
Jira and Jira Align:
Utilize Jira and Jira Align to manage project tasks, track progress, and report on project status. Configure and customize Jira workflows to meet the needs of the project and the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in agile planning and management.
Familiarity with Jira and Jira Align.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
