Seeking an A/V Support Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot conference room audio/visual systems and video conferencing solutions. The role includes supporting Apple devices and ensuring reliable conference room operations.
Required Skills & Responsibilities:- 1+ year of experience in A/V support, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of video conferencing systems and A/V control hardware such as Cisco, Crestron, or Extron.
- Hands-on support for Apple devices, including Apple TV, iPad, Mac Book, and iMac.
- Understanding of networking, security concepts, and incident management.
- Experience with conference room health checks, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and A/V upgrades.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
