Job: A/V Support Technician/Audio Visual Support Engineer/Unified Communications Support Technician/Conference Room Technology Specialist/ Audio Video Systems Support Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain conference room audio/video and video conferencing systems.
- Perform A/V system health checks and troubleshooting.
- Handle support tickets and escalate issues when required.
- Assist with A/V installations, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
- Manage and track A/V inventory.
- Video conferencing and A/V hardware support.
- Cisco, Crestron, and Extron experience preferred.
- Networking and security fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
