Brivo, headquartered in Austin, TX, is seeking a high-energy call-center-based IT support specialist to join our Austin-based team. The role requires foundational knowledge of electronics, networking and a passion for solving problems hands-on.
Shifts are Monday–Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays and holidays. You will handle requests across chat, phone, and email, manage cases in Zoho Desk, and support Inside Sales and Sales Engineering.
