Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) Functional Consultant to lead requirement discovery, design, and no-code/low-code configuration across key business processes. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business goals into scalable D365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Requirement Gathering & Fit-Gap: Conduct discovery workshops, document functional design documents (FDD/BRD), and perform fit-gap analyses against standard out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities.
- System Configuration: Configure core D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing), Dataverse data models, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
- Process Automation: Build automated workflows, Power Automate cloud flows, and business process flows (BPFs).
- Testing & Deployment: Lead system integration testing (SIT), coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and support cutover activities.
- User Enablement: Deliver end-user training, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive platform adoption.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Domain Expertise: In-depth functional knowledge of at least two core modules:
D365 Sales
, Customer Service
, or Marketing/Field Service
. - Platform
Skills:
Strong configuration experience in Dataverse, Power Automate, model-driven apps, and basic Power BI reporting. - Lifecycle Delivery: Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end full lifecycle D365 implementations.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and functional documentation skills
