Systems Administrator, IT Support
The Senior IT Administrator owns day-to-day IT support and administration for approximately 150 employees across the US and UK. This role serves as the primary point of contact for IT support while leading projects and automation that consolidate IT systems into a unified, largely automated operation. A central priority is standardizing the organization on Apple, with every employee using a managed Mac and Windows laptops retired.
As automation and self-service reduce routine support work, the role will increasingly focus on systems projects, security operations, and engineering improvements, creating a path toward systems and security engineering.

This role helps ensure seamless IT operations while automating manual workflows, consolidating infrastructure, moving to a fully managed Mac endpoint environment, and maintaining a strong security posture. Dedicated ownership of daily support and strategic automation helps protect employee productivity, onboarding, security compliance, and the broader integration timeline.
