In this role, you will serve as a Net Suite expert, managing system configurations, troubleshooting complex issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes, integrations, and overall system performance.

The Day to Day Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for our Net Suite ERP to help the organization maximize efficiency and scale. This is a great opportunity not only to hone your Net Suite skills but also work on and manage other systems like Coupa, Avalara, Egencia, Nexonia, Mulesoft, and more!

Work as a Netsuite Administrator / financial business systems analyst on the Financial Systems team.

Participate in implementation and integration projects working with multiple teams to refine user roles, permissions and controls.

Provide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability, and performance optimization.

Evaluate system issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.

Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.

Document requirements, design and analyze a variety of reports or queries. Design reports related to internal systems for management and audit purposes.

Your Skills and Expertise

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of Net Suite with 2-3+ years professional administration experience.

Familiarity with various Net Suite modules such as Suite Billing, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Module (ARM), etc.

Experience in developing custom solutions within Net Suite.

Understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite ERP solutions.

Hands-on experience of complex Order-to-Cash life cycles, including advanced troubleshooting of multi-system integration bottlenecks, subscription billing edge cases, and revenue recognition alignment.

Knowledge of systems infrastructure, industry standards, user access control, compliance and security practices.

Ability to design and communicate reports in a user-friendly manner.

Fundamental understanding of internal controls, user permissions and inheritance.

Strong analytical, change management, task management and stakeholder management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, and at all levels of an organization.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Proactively coordinate task resolution across multiple stakeholder teams (Accounting, Order 2 Cash, Tax, other development teams, etc.).Natural problem solving abilities, an inquisitive personality, a continuous learning attitude, and an eagerness to tackle the challenge of big problems.

Skills:

Strong experience working in or with financial teams

Familiarity with financial functions and terminology.

Experience working with Avalara, Nexonia, Coupa, Egencia a plus.

Exposure to systems such as Workday and Salesforce a plus.
