Monitor digital products and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs)
Analyze customer behavior and digital engagement patterns to identify trends and opportunities
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand analytics requirements
Support data-driven decision making across the organization
Develop recurring reporting and automated analytics outputs
Create alerts and monitoring solutions to identify changes or performance issues
Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business and customer experience questions
Work with analytics platforms and data environments including Azure, ADX, and Databricks Maintain accurate and reliable dashboards and analytical reports
Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders at different organizational levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital products and customer experiences
Investigate complex data and analytics problems and develop appropriate solutions
Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes, reporting, and measurement
Perform additional digital analytics and reporting activities as assigned

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
