Job Responsibilities
- Performs data review on a structured and ad-hoc basis, looking for pre-established variances and ensuring data accuracy.
- Utilizes multiple data sources to conduct data quality control to ensure data efficacy between systems.
- Ensure systems meet business requirements and quality standards through analytics and best practices.
- Collaborates with business and IT teams and participates in defect triage meetings.
- Completes test planning, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, along with troubleshooting concerns addressed and debugging.
- Involved in after-hours deployment efforts and post-deployment verification testing.
- Develop testing solutions for teams to increase efficiency.
- Performs other duties and projects assigned.
- Experience with HR data and technology
- Demonstrates some knowledge of QA testing methods
- Minimum of two (2) + years of experience with Workday
- Experience working in an agile/Sprint model is a plus
- Demonstrates ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and ability to compare data between multiple sources
- Expert skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation;
Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.
- Ability to work on Sunday evenings (take off early during the remaining week)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of three (3) + years of work experience in data quality assurance
