Document business and functional requirements and assist with the technical details, utilizing a variety of tools including Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and other tools as applicable
Clarify system, workflow, and process needs with operations to understand the purpose and content of request.
Intermediate knowledge with database query tools such as MS Access or SQL.Analyze customer workflow and/or processes flows and assist customers with reengineering their department work. Assist customer with updating strategies.

Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and other tools as applicable.
Experience:
Min 3yrs experience; required healthcare provider experience (hospitals, clinics), not insurance
Candidates have a solid background in implementation, strong communication skills are a must.
Required Education Level: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field at time of submission
