Analyst Operations Reporting and Workflow Coordinator

• Review weekly operational and performance reports for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and support implementation of process changes based on insights.
• Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Create operational tickets based on identified issues or stakeholder requests.
• Track tickets from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely updates and follow-through.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and close tickets efficiently.
• Maintain a running log of all tickets, including creation date, status, progression notes, and final outcomes.
• Ensure logs are updated regularly and accessible for reporting and audit purposes.
• Provide summaries or dashboards of ticket activity to leadership as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and execution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organize and facilitate discussions to resolve issues and drive improvements.

• Data Analysis, Ticket Management, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Service Now, Zendesk Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Service Now, Zendesk)

Bachelor's degree preferred
