TPL Billing & Associate

• Execute transactions with minimal direction,
• Perform data entry and retrieve data from specific systems
• Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections
• Respond to various requests for information, as needed.
• Escalate issues to supervisor as appropriate
• Send standard correspondence by following existing templates.
• Adhere to client guidelines and quality standards.
• Perform research, summarize research results and compile in requested format
• Follow established policies, procedures and methods
• Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned
• Meet established production goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Austin, TX

Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

• Minimum 1 year of transaction processing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

• Microsoft 360

• Accounting experience

• Ability to adapt to changes easily and quickly
