Primary Objectives

This primary role is to support the Program Manager / Technical Program Manager on a variety of end-to-end project management and execution tasks, including project intake, artifact creation, implementation, activity tracking, UAT, and deployment. The individual will collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Organize content with content editors for monthly project status and business value updates.

Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Prepare presentation materials for meetings.

Ensure completion and approval of project artifacts between phases.

Develop procedures and templates for project management methodology.

Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to frameworks.

Chair and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to team members.

Prepare reports and dashboards using SQL and scripts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a technical software management field; strong program management and Scrum Master skills are a plus.
Strong communication skills.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Exposure to quality processes and operations in industries such as electronics, construction, telecom, automotive, or oil/gas.
Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, AppScript development, and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of Python and Java is advantageous.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Smart Sheets or similar project management tools.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Advanced skills in G-Suite applications, especially Slides and Sheets.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and SDLC.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work cross-functionally.
Client-focused, collaborative, and a team player.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
PMP and/or CSM certification preferred.
