Own Core Business Platforms

• Lead strategy and optimization for Salesforce, Net Suite, Rippling, and other key systems
• Ensure platforms are aligned to support end-to-end business workflows
• Continuously improve system utilization and effectiveness

• Design and implement scalable workflows across functions
• Identify and eliminate manual processes through automation
• Align systems to support how the business operates and scales
• Connect platform decisions directly to business outcomes, including efficiency, speed, and margin

• Own data structure, reporting, and visibility across platforms
• Ensure leadership has access to accurate, timely, and actionable insights
• Partner with teams to define key metrics and dashboards

• Take ownership of the AI intelligence platform after launch
• Embed AI capabilities into workflows across the organization
• Identify new use cases and opportunities to drive efficiency and impact

• Work closely with functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve how the business runs
• Translate business needs into scalable system capabilities and solutions
• Act as a key partner in driving scale without increasing headcount

• 12+ years of experience across platforms, systems, or operations
• Must be local to Austin and be able to work in-office
• Deep experience with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Net Suite, HRIS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows
• Experience driving system optimization and platform transformation
• Experience with data, reporting, or AI-enabled systems preferred
• Creative problem solver with the ability to take ambiguous business challenges, bring structure, and drive scalable solutions
• Strong operator with a bias toward action
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills

• Systems are fully utilized and aligned to business workflows
• Reduction in manual processes and operational friction
• Strong data visibility and decision-making across the organization
• AI platform is embedded into workflows and driving measurable impact
• Scalable operations without proportional headcount growth
