Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future The Lead Dev Ops Engineer is the highest senior technical role within the Dev Ops team, responsible for strategizing, designing, and implementing advanced Dev Ops solutions to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our systems. This role will mentor and lead a team of Dev Ops Engineers, collaborating with various departments to enhance our continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation Design, implement, and optimize AWS cloud environments for scalability, security, and high availability.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Ansible.

Implement secrets management and access control using Hashi Corp Vault.

Utilize Packer to create and maintain consistent and reusable cloud images.

CI/CD & Software Delivery Optimization Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions to ensure efficient and secure deployments.

Enforce infrastructure as code (IaC) and Git Ops best practices.

Optimize software release cycles by implementing progressive delivery techniques (blue-green deployments, feature flags, canary releases).

Lead cloud security initiatives, enforcing compliance and risk mitigation best practices.

Implement observability solutions using AWS Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

Establish incident management and disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime.

Provide expertise and guidance with securing cloud-native application development and delivery platforms (Dev Ops, CI/CD) with demonstrated strength in Dev Sec Ops  tooling (SAST, SCA, DAST).

Act as a trusted advisor to development, security, and operations teams—bridging gaps and aligning Dev Ops strategies with business needs.

Mentor and develop junior Dev Ops engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Work closely with engineering leadership and product management to drive Dev Ops roadmaps and technical decision-making.

Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring Dev Ops best practices are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

Promote and facilitate effective communication between Security Engineering & Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and other departments and/or business units.

Assist in the acquisition and risk assessment, procurement, and evaluation of new vendor and product selections.

Evaluate and introduce emerging Dev Ops technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.

Drive cost optimization initiatives in AWS through Fin Ops strategies.

Research and evaluate new Dev Ops tools and technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
