Senior Application Specialist – Oracle Fusion

Our partner is looking for a Senior Application Specialist – Oracle Fusion based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Specialist – Oracle Fusion to support, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise applications across a range of business functions. In this role, you will help maintain the stability, scalability, and performance of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions while improving business processes and operational efficiency.

You will work across modules such as ERP, HCM, and SCM, contributing to application enhancements, integrations, reporting, and technical troubleshooting. Collaborating with Agile teams, business stakeholders, and technical specialists, you will transform business requirements into reliable, high-quality solutions. You will also contribute to architectural decisions, continuous improvement, and the adoption of emerging technologies. • Oracle Fusion Application Management:
  Support, configure, develop, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across ERP, Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Procurement. Help ensure application stability, system performance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues, analyze application errors, provide user support, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents. Identify remediation strategies and contribute to improved system availability and operational reliability.
• Application Development and Enhancements:
  Analyze, design, develop, test, document, implement, and support new and existing applications. Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet business objectives, operational requirements, and enterprise technology standards.
• Reporting and Analytics:
  Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher. Support business users with reliable reporting capabilities and actionable data insights.
• Integration and Data Management:
  Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs, and File-Based Data Import (FBDI). Support data migration, data integrity, and integration reliability, leveraging database technologies and PL/SQL where applicable.
• Platform Development and Modernization:
  Support applications built using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood technologies. Contribute to platform enhancements, interface development, and the adoption of modern frameworks and emerging technologies.
• Architecture, Testing, and Quality Assurance:
  Participate in application design and architecture reviews, apply appropriate design patterns, and promote scalable technical solutions. Lead or support unit, integration, and acceptance testing, automated testing, test-driven development (TDD), and efforts to maximize test coverage.
• Agile Delivery and Change Management:
  Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout analysis, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and support. Follow established change management procedures, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure that technical changes are properly reviewed and implemented.
