Oracle Cloud STP & ATR Functional Lead (M&A Programs)
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 18-24 Months
Role Overview
Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Source-to-Pay (STP) and Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) implementations supporting the Client's M&A initiatives. Independently lead the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and fit-gap through design, CRPs, configuration, data migration, SIT/UAT, mock cutovers, go-live, hypercare, and transition to Production Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle modules:
- ATR: Fixed Assets, Asset Capitalization, Additions, Transfers, Retirement, Accounting
- Support mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise integrations, including supplier onboarding, master data migration, open PO conversion, and process standardization.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions; lead workshops and produce FDDs, functional specs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Own functional design and validation of integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Zip Procurement Platform, and finance and asset management systems.
- Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, and production deployment to ensure Day 1 readiness and post-go-live stability.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience
- At least 3 full-lifecycle implementations (Discovery through Hypercare)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Procurement, Payables, and Fixed Assets
- Proven experience with M&A, carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs
- Experience with supplier/asset data migration, legal entity onboarding, and production cutovers
- Ability to independently lead complex implementations across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion integration with Zip Procurement Platform
- Experience with REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
- Oracle data conversion, workflow automation, and reporting experience
- Background in large-scale transformation or high-growth tech environments
