- Plan and execute mailbox and data migration activities, including pilot users, migration waves, and cutover.
- Configure and troubleshoot migration tooling, permissions, authentication, and connectivity.
- Investigate failed jobs, document root causes, and coordinate retries or remediation.
- Validate destination-tenant configuration, including mail flow and transport rules.
- Maintain migration trackers, technical runbooks, and clear records of changes and outcomes.
- Raise blockers promptly, work directly with client and project stakeholders, and provide concise progress updates.
- Support post-migration validation and resolve issues identified by users or the project team.
- Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, mail flow, identity, permissions, and Microsoft Graph.
- Experience with migration tools such as Quest and with Power Shell-based troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to diagnose migration failures and manage cutovers in a live enterprise environment.
- Clear written communication and disciplined documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance configuration, including Microsoft Purview.
