seeking an experienced
IAM/UAM Lead
to manage enterprise identity services, access controls, identity governance, and security compliance while leading IAM operations and modernization initiatives.

• Lead IAM/UAM operations, projects, and technical teams.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
• Support
  Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PAM
  .
• Manage identity governance, access certification, application onboarding, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, audits, least-privilege access, and risk controls.
• Support integrations with
  SailPoint, Ping Identity, Service Now
  , and enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, HR, and application teams.
• Improve IAM processes through reporting, automation, and operational procedures.

• 8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technical service delivery.
• 5+ years of hands-on
  IAM/UAM or identity governance
  experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• 3+ years with
  AD, Entra , SSO, MFA, RBAC, or PAM
  .
• Experience with provisioning, access certification, identity lifecycle management, and application onboarding.
• Experience with security audits, access reviews, compliance, and risk remediation.
• Strong incident management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• SailPoint, Ping Identity, Entra , Service Now.
• IAM automation, scripting, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
• Public-sector or regulated-environment experience.
• CISSP, CISM, Security+, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity, ITIL, or PMP certifications.

• IAM/UAM leadership and identity lifecycle management
• AD / Entra  / SSO / MFA / RBAC / PAM
• Identity governance, security compliance, and risk remediation
