Senior DevOps Engineer Job Austin area,Texas USA,IT/Tech

We are looking for a hands-on Dev Ops Technical Lead / Dev Ops Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, CircleCI, Argo CD, New Relic, Python, and Bash.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience building and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, Git Ops, observability, automation, and production operations. Candidates should be comfortable independently troubleshooting production issues and working closely with development, QA, security, and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.
Manage Kubernetes deployments using Argo CD and Git Ops practices.
Deploy and operate production workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
Implement observability with New Relic, including dashboards, alerts, monitoring, and performance analysis.
Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and deployment issues.
Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, security, and deployment efficiency.
Develop automation scripts using Python and/or Bash.
Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Work with Kubernetes components including Pods, Deployments, Services, Config Maps, Secrets, Ingress, Name spaces, and RBAC.
Apply Dev Sec Ops practices and security controls.
Use AI-assisted development/coding tools for scripting, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and code reviews, with appropriate testing, security validation, and human review.

AWS certification
CKA / CKAD certification
Experience with AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools
Experience in the US Real Estate domain, including property platforms, MLS, mortgage, title, valuation, or related systems
