• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
• Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights, using SQL or other analytical approaches.
• Experience in business planning, program management, forecasting, and storytelling through data to facilitate conversations with executive leadership.
• Experience as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and experience in client management and relationship-building.

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
• Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
• Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

About the jobAs a part of the Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.

As a part of the Cloud AI Tech GTM team, you will be focused on building and executing our Global AI GTM strategy. Your position plays an integral role helping drive the growth of this team and business globally. As part of the AI Strategy and Operations team in the Google Cloud organization, you will partner closely with FDE, AI CE and sales leadership, finance, product, and regional operations teams to provide actionable insights and use a data-driven approach to improve forecast accuracy, sharpen decision making, and drive deep understanding of our fast growing business.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $186000 - $269000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
