- Manage end-to-end software localization projects for user interface features across mobile, desktop, connected-device, and web platforms.
- Coordinate localization deliverables across up to 50 languages, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time execution.
- Develop localization strategies, requirements documentation, project plans, schedules, milestones, and release deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering, editorial, QA, and external localization vendors to align requirements, resolve issues, and manage risks.
- Leverage localization systems, translation tools, AI, prompt engineering, and automation to streamline workflows, improve validation, and optimize quality.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume software localization projects across multiple languages and platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development and release cycles, internationalization standards, localization QA, and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with localization CMS, CAT tools, machine translation, machine learning tools, and bug-tracking systems.
- Proven project management skills, including requirements documentation, scheduling, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience with AI workflow automation and familiarity with e-commerce, digital media, or international marketplaces preferred.
