- 5-8 years of technical/programming experience, including 3-5 years in mainframe system programming roles.
- Substantial hands-on expertise with IBM Z-Series environments.
- Technical
Skills: - Strong working knowledge of IBM mainframe products: z/OS, CICS, DB2, Web Sphere MQ.
- Familiarity with mainframe tools: REXX, JCL, Assembler, COBOL, TCP/IP, DFSMS/HSM, SMP/E, RACF, CA-1, and Unix System Services.
- Leadership and Communication:
- Excellent oral and written skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and technical initiatives.
