Задачи:- Own core parts of the Attio product and contribute to overall product steering
- Work with engineering to design systems that are simple to use, flexible, and durable
- Assess the technical and user-facing implications of models, pipelines, and performance, balancing speed, safety, and usability
- Extend AI capabilities by evaluating where AI meaningfully augments core workflows
- Champion technical excellence and thoughtful simplicity, ensuring product foundations scale with customers
- Anticipate long-term architectural needs and guide the roadmap for the next generation of Attio’s platform
- Shape the metrics and signals used to guide platform decisions
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience that delights users and builds on the Attio brand
- Proven experience owning products, platforms, data models, or core infrastructure surfaces in a world-class product
- Experience shipping foundational systems
- Curiosity about how systems fit together, including diving into data models, untangling edge cases, and refining foundations that critical systems rely on
- Strong technical depth and systems thinking, including reasoning about schemas, API design, and architectural trade-offs
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, turn incomplete information into structured decisions, and define clear next steps
- Strong product instincts and ability to translate complex technical systems and customer problems into simple concepts and elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and articulating a clear vision
- Fluency in technical storytelling, including framing technical changes to help GTM teams strengthen positioning and customer understanding
- Founder mentality, taking responsibility for outcomes end to end and moving strategic and tactical decisions forward
