- Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting - working directly with Finance stakeholders. No commute, no relocation.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to lead and support implementations, upgrades, and production support across core Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and Oracle Fusion Financials modules. The ideal candidate is a hands-on functional subject matter expert (SME) with deep expertise in the Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Accounting, comfortable working in an onshore-offshore delivery model.

This role is fully remote within the United States.

• Lead configuration and support of Oracle Financials modules:
  General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Inventory, Expenses, and Projects.
• Implement and support Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and Subledger Accounting (SLA), including source system setup, Account Derivation Rules (ADRs), Journal Line Rules, Mapping Sets, and the event model.
• Configure Fixed Assets (FA), including asset capitalization for capital and contract projects.
• Set up and support Project Accounting integrated with Procurement, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
• Design and test inbound accounting interfaces and reconcile FAH journals to GL balances.
• Configure core setups, including Chart of Accounts, legal entities, ledgers, reporting currencies, and approval hierarchies.
• Support Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) flows, including IR/ISO processes.
• Write and troubleshoot PL/SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support; support month-end close cycles and reconciliations.
• Provide SME guidance, training, and documentation (e.g., "BR100") to Finance teams and offshore resources.

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials functional experience across core modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and Subledger Accounting (SLA), including ADRs, Journal Line Rules, and Mapping Sets.
• Strong hands-on experience with Fixed Assets (FA) and Project Accounting, including asset capitalization.
• Proficiency writing PL/SQL for troubleshooting, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience leading fit-gap analysis, setups, system integration testing (SIT), UAT, cutover, and period-close support.
• Proven ability to lead onshore-offshore teams and work directly with Finance stakeholders.

• Experience with cross-module integrations, including Order Management (OM), Procurement, Fixed Assets, and Projects, as well as IR/ISO flows.
• Experience migrating from third-party tax systems to Oracle E-Business Tax (EBTax).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
