GTM Engineer

Chamelio is revolutionizing legal tech with an AI-powered Legal Intelligence Platform trusted by some of the world’s fastest-growing companies. We help in-house legal teams accelerate negotiations, reduce risk, and unlock institutional knowledge through automated workflows.

We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to build the technology and infrastructure behind Chamelio’s next stage of growth.

You’ll work directly with our sales leadership team to design, implement, and optimize the systems, integrations, and automations that make our go-to-market team more effective.

This is a true builder role with significant ownership. From leading our Salesforce implementation to shaping our broader sales technology stack, you’ll play a critical role in creating the foundation for a scalable, high-performing revenue organization.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, moves quickly, and can turn business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

• Own Salesforce implementation and ongoing development, including data architecture, workflows, integrations, reporting, and data migration.

• Partner closely with sales leadership to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems, tools, and processes.

• Evaluate, implement, and integrate technologies across prospecting, data enrichment, outreach, conversation intelligence, and forecasting.

• Build automations that eliminate manual work, improve efficiency, and allow sales teams to focus on selling.

• Design and maintain reliable data structures, reporting, and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline performance and revenue operations.

• Improve workflows and handoffs across the customer journey, from initial prospecting through closed revenue.

• Experiment with AI-powered tools and workflows to identify opportunities for greater productivity and efficiency.

• Continuously optimize the GTM technology stack as the company grows.

• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce from initial architecture and configuration through rollout and adoption.

• Experience building, implementing, and integrating GTM technology in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Strong Salesforce administration and configuration skills, including custom objects, permissions, Flows, reporting, and dashboards.

• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms; scripting or coding experience is a plus.

• A solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the systems that support high-performing revenue teams.

• Experience evaluating and connecting sales engagement, prospecting, enrichment, and revenue intelligence tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into practical technical solutions.

• A builder mentality with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-moving startup environment.
