Lead Product Manager, NetSuite Order-to-Cash

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the strategy and execution of a critical order-to-cash platform within the company's ERP environment. You will lead efforts to modernize core processes, improve operational efficiency, and support accurate billing and revenue recognition across the business. The position partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver scalable solutions in a complex enterprise setting.

Compensation: $100,000+ annually

• Own and manage the end-to-end order-to-cash product lifecycle within the ERP environment
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for order-to-cash processes
• Define, document, and optimize order-to-cash business processes
• Partner with Finance and Accounting to support accurate billing and revenue recognition
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities across the ERP landscape
• Lead and support ERP projects related to order-to-cash
• Develop functional and technical design documents for new business requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience across the full software development lifecycle
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Net Suite ERP
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with order-to-cash processes
• Experience delivering solutions in complex, multi-entity, or subscription-billing environments
  
  Strong knowledge of revenue recognition and financial close processes
