About Salesforce for Nonprofits We're building an enterprise dedicated to delivering Salesforce's CRM and platform solutions to the nonprofit market. We're seeking candidates with intellectual curiosity and the ability to explain complex technology simply — helping mission-driven organizations achieve more through technology.

Required ExperienceB.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry

Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment

Previous sales experience preferred

Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferredA Typical Day in the Life of a Salesforce SE Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio

Earn the "technical win" through compelling demos and presentations

Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQsResearch and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge

Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform

Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value

Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts

Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams

Participate in ongoing training and certifications

Travel domestically up to 20%
Vital Skills Affinity for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations

Ability to lead discussions with organizational leaders and individual contributors alike

Comfort articulating technical value through discovery and demos

Strong team-based problem solving, leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic sales environment

Technical expertise in CRM, AI, Analytics, BI, Digital Marketing, or Community Engagement Desired Skills Background in nonprofit management/operations and/or Salesforce technology

Ability to create and deliver customer-facing software demos

Salesforce Administrator (201) and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications
