We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual with a strong sales mindset and good organizational skills. The position is in‑office and requires strong customer focus.

• Assist customers with various insurance needs (new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements, and general questions).
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk.
• Develop new clientele through networking, marketing, and marketing strategy with the office manager.
• Perform administrative tasks including policy renewals and underwriting contacts.
• Maintain daily housekeeping routines.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or insurance sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
• Valid Texas limited lines or property & casualty license is preferred.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to completed continuing education courses (paid by A-MAX).
