Location:Dallas, Texas (within the assigned territory, 50-mile radius)
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid / In-office as needed
Compensation: Base + Commission (details shared during process)
Our client is a well-established Texas insurance agency seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Producer with a generalist background across construction, habitat, and transportation risks. This role is focused on building new business, expanding client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions for complex commercial accounts.

This is a role for a producer who understands risk, knows how to sell, and can manage relationships long-term.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow new commercial P&C business within the construction, habitat, and transportation sectors
- Build and manage strong client relationships and a sustainable book of business
- Analyze risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify cross-sell opportunities, including Employee Benefits where applicable
- Stay current on carrier appetites, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
- Represent the agency professionally throughout the Texas market
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
- Proven experience selling commercial P&C insurance
- Background working with construction, habitat, and/or transportation accounts
- Ability to build, grow, and manage a book of business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Employee Benefits experience is a plus
