Bilingual Production Assistant Position – Responsibilities & Customer Support

• Provide administrative and project support to the production team in low voltage structured wiring.
• Coordinate production schedules, work orders, and documentation in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with inventory tracking, equipment organization, and order processing.
• Translate technical documents, instructions, and communications as needed.
• Ensure all data entry, filing, and reporting tasks are completed accurately.
• Communicate progress and challenges to project managers and team members.
• Perform other administrative and production support tasks as assigned by supervision.

Essential Skills for Bilingual Production Assistance & Team Collaboration

• Proficient bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish required).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Effective interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with administrative and scheduling processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Required Education & Experience for Bilingual Production Support Roles

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative, production, or assistant role preferred.
• Experience working in a bilingual (Spanish-English) environment is highly desirable.
• Prior exposure to home automation, electrical, or construction industries is a plus.
