Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Romanian Bilingual Expert to join our customer’s dynamic team. In this impactful remote role, you will leverage your bilingual expertise to transcribe, analyze, and interpret nuanced language details in a variety of multimedia contexts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe Romanian-language videos with exceptional accuracy, clearly indicating corresponding timestamps.
  • Assess and describe the speaker’s emotionality, capturing subtle shifts in tone and intent.
  • Conduct in-depth grammar, syntax, and tone analysis to deliver insightful linguistic evaluations.
  • Define and explain challenging or nuanced words, including their conceptual and contextual meanings.
  • Complete a variety of advanced language tasks, contributing to language optimization and localization projects.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure task consistency and quality throughout deliverables.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive or proprietary content.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent proficiency in both Romanian and English—written and verbal—with an emphasis on precise communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in transcription, translation, or language analysis at a professional or academic level.
  • Acute attention to detail and the ability to capture complex linguistic and emotional nuances.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in grammar, tone, and semantic interpretation.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to commit at least 15 hours per week to assigned tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine care for clarity and accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in standard digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Suite, video platforms).
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Communication, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with video transcription and detailed language annotation projects.
  • Background in content localization or emotion analysis in multimedia contexts.
