Our client, a highly respected Austin law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its Eminent Domain practice group
. Prior eminent domain experience is not required
; however, candidates must have a strong foundation in commercial litigation and an interest in developing a niche practice in eminent domain, condemnation, and property dispute matters.

• Represent landowners, developers, and commercial clients in eminent domain, condemnation, and property disputes.
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other pleadings.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to senior attorneys.
• Manage case deadlines and communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.

• 2–3 years of commercial litigation experience required.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in developing expertise in eminent domain (training will be provided).
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Active membership in the Texas Bar (or ability to waive in).
