• Depth of Experience

• Litigation Across Texas
  :
  Attorneys regularly practice in Central and South Texas venues—handling client meetings, depositions, mediations, court hearings, and jury trials.

• Full Spectrum Case Management
  :
  From opening files to final disposition, you’ll manage your own caseload.
• Deposition Expertise
  :
  Lead and defend depositions with confidence.
• Independent Advocacy
  :
  Handle hearings independently; draft routine and dispositive motions.
• Trial Experience
  :
  Preferred though not mandatory—you’ll gain trial exposure across Texas courts.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Defense or Personal Injury litigation.
• Proficiency in depositions, hearings, and drafting motions.
• Comfort with both independent case responsibility and team collaboration.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and strong organizational ability.

• Salary starts at $130,000+, depending on experience.
• True Hybrid role within Austin
